Most of heavy traffic state highways are pledging by state Govt. for collecting & snatching money from vehicle owners to private contractors with partnership, under BOT project. While most of contractors are widely collecting funds from vehicle owners, but unable to properly renovation, maintain, repair of roads according to norms of Indian Road Congress. At once, getting & signing of contract, these dirty, corrupt, vultures contractors paid lump-sum money to MD Suleman,of MPRDC Bhopal, minister PWD Nagod & CM than forget about maintenance, only collecting money, in all such types of contract. Indore Ichhapur 203km, long SH is controlling by VIVA group of Ashoka Buildcon, after 5 year, these dirty bustard are unable to fill both side patties by kuchhi muram in 150km road, but increased more than 45% charges within 4 year. Now MP RDC is pledging Ujjain Indore SH of 49km for snatching money, while previous contractor collected money but was unable to provide proper maintenance & repairing, could not filled both side patties of 5’ wide with kuchhie muram, even he chopped more than 1 lakh tree, in place of plantation of 250 trees per km per year while he had hold this SH up to 10 year. It is the same story around the state, these dirty corrupt bureaucrats, with CM & PWD min, are pledging roads only for money,. (26.07.08)
