Highly corrupt town & country planning department, totally fraudulent posting of AD Anita Karothe’s posting. Total Town & Country Planning department is not highly corrupt & fraudulent. These highly dirty & corrupt directors, joint directors, deputy directors & assistant directors are blindly sanctioning colonies, multi stories buildings, houses etc., against money on farm lands, govt., najul, river, nala, ponds & forest land and getting bribes of millions of Rs. Recently an assistant director Anita Karothe caught red handed by Ombudsman of MP, while she is having 100 times more properties comparative with her legal income. While her total appointment was illegal, she was appointed by in charge director on 04.07.1994 by letter no.2125/estb/three/94 Bhopal dtd. 04.7.1994, without any open advertisement while no in charge director can issue any order & appointment, 2ndly she is a by cast Christian, resident of 156, Ashoka Garden Bhopal but produced a forged certificate of Gond Tribe, this tribe comes under ST category only in Dist. Chhindwara, Mandla, Seoni, Shahadol, Khndwa, Khargone, Alirajpur, BAdwani, Dhar Jhabua etc., which is signed & issued by highly lustrous, corrupt Advocate & MLA BL Gour who was a Ex-CM of MP in 2005 on 19.07.1994 after appointment.
