Highly corrupt West CE Poranik, APD Kharat, widely collecting on each sanction of tenders, extension, escalation etc., unable to provide RTI information & appeals. In MP PWD, total department is not only highly corrupt, but fraudulent too, from Min. RP Singh, PS Aajamgadia Suleman, EnC Akhilesh Agrawal, PD Verma etc., all are widely collecting funds from sanctioning projects, tenders, funds etc., so sheltering & posting all corrupts on commission basis. In more than 45 B&R divisions, corrupt & duffer AE posted as EE on monthly royalty basis, whom are swallowing 50% funds of govt. offices & govt. employees residence buildings maintenance funds, sending this money to our seniors.
The same EnC did in posting of SE & CE, senior EE posted as SE such as in Ujjain Circle, EE Patel of Ujjain B&R dn. Also holding as SE of Ujjain Circle, previously suspended for corruption while he was EE in Ujjain Dn., while SE Bagole posted as CE of north Zone Gwalior, he also widely did a lots of frauds in Sinhashta16 Ujjain, in most of works in Ujjain & Ujjain Sinhastha16 Dn. And swallowed 5% commission of total allotment of Rs.1500cr. for different works of buildings, roads etc., & served to all from minister, minister, EnC etc., that’s why he posted as CE of Gwalior, only for monthly royalty, While in West Zone posted as CE Poranik who did a lots of frauds in MP Road Dacoit Corp., MP Tourism corp., etc., so all these dirty corrupts are unable to provide any information in Right to Information, 2nd coincide unable to load all required information under sec4 & its 17 points all provisions after 12 years of RTI act. No information regarding of all dist. Engineers, their works, payments of public funds, inspection reports, audit reports etc., because of high corruption,
