After 12 year of RTI, no one govt. department completed its all information, even no office & email address, officers. Highly corrupt total central govt. ministries, all PSUs, banks, insurance, oil, cos., universities etc., & all state govt. departments could not completed all required information after 12 year of RTI act & its 17 information, even there is no office & email addresses, no name of officers, employees, their duties, their allotted work of all govt. departments only for saving high corruption on each of the step.
While IPM Modi is asking with public for preparing Aadhar card, PAN Card and compulsorily connect with their mobile nos., vehicle nos. bank a\cs. nos., fuel gas a\cs etc., only for collecting public data to sell to multinationals and high earning
That shows, how all the central & all states Govt. departments are working and doing frauds & corruption for swallowing public funds, but torturing public for aadhar card.
