After 12 years of RTI Act05, all departments of Central Govt. & all state Govt. could not completed sec 4, a & b, its 17 points provisions of total information, while it should be loaded on their official sites within 180 days from enactments of this act on 12.04.2005, while since that Central Govt. spent more than Rs.10000cr in Central Govt. all State Govt. departments. Even from Supreme Courts, all state high courts, PM & President house to all other ministers, their departments, all states, their CMs, ministers, their all ministerial departments of their control and followed the instructions of that RTI Act. In place of proper follow up this act, Central ministry of Pension & Personal Grievances Govt. department, could not asked to their all departments for completion of this act and proper reply & timely reconciliation of all RTI applications & appeals, these dirty corrupts are making this act as joke, issuing regular circulars for making it, totally useless only for saving high corruption on each of the step in all govt. departments, even after 12 years of enactment of this act, Central Govt. could not appointed Central CIC its regional information commissioners in all capitals of all states. While all information commissioners are widely collecting bribes from all official respondents, not punishing them for violation of rule The same is happening in all states.
In MP State, CIC HL Trivedi who is an IAS officer and corrupt bureaucrat after appointment he also could not ask to their all state govt. departments to complete sec 4 & its all 17points provisions and loaded all required information on their official sites. 2nd coincide thousands of appeals are pending, after getting bribes they are also rejecting appeals for saving their corruption.
Highly corrupt, cunning, shrewd vulture & capitalists’ puppet Indian Prime Minister N Modi is asking to public for their UIDAI Aadhar Card, linking with cell nos. & bank a\cs, and claiming no corruption in their rule, while only for saving their high corruption on each of the step, in all central & all state govt. departments unable to appoint total nos. of information commissioners, regional commissioners, completion of sec 4 of RTI act.05.
Even MP SIC Bhopal is unable to follow RTI Act, and could not loaded all information of sec4, how can these dirty corrupt ask with govt. departments.
