Dirty corrupt CM SRS chouhan, PWD Min. K Vijayvargiya & RDC MD Suleman IAS did this big fraud for collecting funds. These dirty corrupt 6 times higher estimates comparative with present cost of Rs. 60 lakh to 1 crore, these dirty corrupt sanctioned more than @6.5 times higher rates. While most of state Govt. of India ask with GoI for conversion of SH to NH, but in place of that MP state Govt. fraudulently converted National Highways to state highways only for snatching money with 3, 4, 6, 8, to 20 & more wheelers.
