Corruption & forgery: IN MPPHE, In Charge E in C Songaria paid Rs.3cr. for getting post ignored seniority of CE Sankule.
From highly corrupt & cunning CM Chouhan duffer Min. Kusum Mahdele, previous PS Manoj Govil, taken money of Rs.3cr. from corrupt CE Songaria, posted as Engineer in Chief, while Songaria is a junior than CE Sankule, but unable to pay big bribe, so he could not get this post, of course, past dense criminal for saving his criminal acts & high corruption cases, he also played roll to post CE Songaria as in charge E in C. now PS Pramod Agrawal of MP Public Health Engineering department.
