In Joint Directorate of MP Treasury & Accounts, Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain, Rewa, Jabalpur, Gwalior, etc., for paying time & pay scale, 7th pay scale to all employees & officers, asking for surrendering service books to JD office, but not giving acknowledgement of receipt of these service books to concerning clerk, only for getting high bribes. In these cases, generally JD office & dist. Offices of treasury & a\cs after passing time 2-3 months, refuses to return these books without big money, if not paid by these concerning clerks to JD & TO, than they said, it is not available or lost. When time of retirement of concerning employees & officers, he suffers for getting pension. On that time again ask for big bribe. Thousands of cases are pending due to only service books are not available. While it is planned & big conspiracy of JD & TO of treasury & a\cs of all divisions & dist. In the state.
