MP CM Should reappoint retd. CE RK Sawala PWD as ME NVDA for completing all canals projects: Retd. CE RK Sawala completed all projects of Ujjain Sinhastha16 within time limit with quality & standards. While Sinhastha 16 was a great challenge & a mile stone for CM SRS Chouhan. Of course, Er. Sanwala is highly fade up with the system and not interested to rejoin any Govt. department, as per they stated to me.
The great quality of Er. Sanwala, they are highly intelligent, having high management & administrative quality with high civil engineering expertise, they taken work with all types of staff members & contractors with smiling in very tough & difficult situations according to his staff members, not greedy, no charges of corruption in last 38years service. While at present NVDA is suffering for only a good manager, administrator as member engineering who can finish all delayed civil engineering projects of canals which are incomplete from 10-15 years. While 2nd coincide MP State Govt. is having very limited period of 7 year to establish infrastructure for utilization of maximum Narmada water, after 2024, MP State Govt. cannot construct a new dam or canals for irrigation with Narmada water.
