In WRD, EnC to NT Basin CE Dabar & SE Bhagora highly fraudulent, doing a lots of corruption: In WRD, Engineers in Chief Suklikar who is highly corrupt, fraudulent & duffer unable to achieve targets, control & manage, total WRD department, which is well known highly corrupt department, sanctioning funds of hundreds crores pm to most of divisions on commission.
NT Basin Indore, CE Dabar who is highly corrupt did a lots of frauds when he was EE of Dhar Dn., than he promoted blandly sanctioned escalation & extension for his most of divisions and got extra commission, same he is repeating when he is CE of NT Basin. Now he is sheltering highly corrupt & fraudulent SE Bhagora who passed more than 20 years, in Khargone, swallowed more than Rs.20cr. Present WRD SE Bhagora Khargone Circle passed more than 20 year at one place, on behalf of corruption, he was SDO in Khargone Dn. but holding charge of EE of Khargone Dn. did a lots of frauds on each of the step, he released many tenders for single work, he repeated the same fraud at least in 20 irrigation project of more than Rs.8 to 10cr. of Khargone dn. When question arises in AG audit reports he paid high money to his all seniors and kept pending and after getting charge as SE, he repeated the same tactics in other dn. of Khargone circle such as Badwani, Khandwa, Burhanpur, etc., that’s why he is spending money for not transferring from Khargone circle, because of at once he transferred from there, than total frauds will come on enquiry. This fraudulent tactics is well known to all, i.e., from PS Pankaj Agrawal, EnC Suklikar, CE MS Dabar etc., but he is serving funds to all, so all are keeping silent.
