At last after a very long period, a long political drama, today Supreme Court bench of 5 judges, 3 judges bench invalidated triple talaq of Muslims.
Marriage is a system for proper, futuristic & secured development of next generation in most of the religions in the world. While in Muslims there is an ancient system of triple talaq, because of Muslims Kabilas were residing in desert area and there was no security of life of men & women for saving life of women & children, that society arranged a instant system of triple talaq to free women for next marriage, and sheltering children.
While in present scenario, there is no insecurity of destruction of life, so there is no need of instant triple talaq. And this system of instant triple talaq destroyed life of millions of women particularly Muslim children in India. The same instant triple talaq system is not applicable, acceptable in any Muslim country in the world. Most of Muslim countries rejected this instant triple talaq.
This invalidation of instant triple talaq will not only secure Muslims women, but also secure future of Muslim children & total society.
