In MP state Women & child welfare department is not only corrupt, but also fraudulent too, now State Govt. Centralized total purchasing from Bhopal while 90% foods, such as wheat crystals as Dalia purchasing & other food material by HO & supplied by their contractors whom are related with ruling ministers and giving high funds as commission to them. Most of material supplied by HO, most of aangawadis are selling to villagers and collected funds for women & child welfare is swallowing by aanganwadis, there is only 3 to 5% children & women are getting its benefits while 95 to 100% funds swallowing by their karyakrtas, 10% is serving by them to ICDS supervisor, 40% to dist. ICDS Program officer & these aanganwadi workers are swallowing directly. In Khalwa tribal block of Khandwa dist., Badwani, Alirajpur, Khargone, Jhabua, many blocks of Dhar dist., Sheopur, Mandla, Chhindwara, Anooppur, Shahdol. There is several deaths due to lack of sufficient food to children & their mothers. Dist. Program Officer is sending this fund to all their controlling officers, such as Dist. Collector, CEO Jila Panchayats, Dn. Commissioner, JT. Director of Women & child Welfare to Women & Child Welfare Minister which is on several crores of Rs. pm. In MP state Aanganwadi workers are swallowing more than Rs.500cr.pm in 80162 aanganwadis. Of course, suppliers are also not supplying proper standard material for nutricient food material to aanganwadis.
