In MP Agriculture historical corrupt & highly fraudulent PS Rajesh Rajora did thousands of frauds & cheating with public fund in more than last 5years of his tenure as PS Agriculture, his latest frauds in placing orders of purchasing of farming land soil tasting kit which is casting of not more than Rs.5000/-, but he placed this order @Rs.1lakh3 thousands each, from only one cos. Without publishing & calling any tender in open market and asked to supply at least 10 thousand kits, there is corruption of Rs.100cr. for supplying to each village panchayat & given 5 to 10kits to each agriculture extension officer for testing farm soil, 2ndly he placed an order of green manure or dhencha as bio fertilizer of 20000tons @Rs.127/- per kg, while its whole sale price is Rs.25/- per kg in open market from only one co. Geolife, supplied 10 thousands ton to16 tribal dist. Such as Alirajur, Anooppur, BAdwani, Balaghat, Betul, Chhindwara, Dhar, Dindori, Jhabua, Khargone, Mandla Seoni, Shahdol, etc., for free to tribal & on to others on 50% subsidy & swallowed more than Rs.200cr. for saving his corruption, cheating & fraud, asked to pay DDA of all dist. Of total supply of ST kits & green manure.
He also asked to all DDAs’ & ADAs’ for good posting, transfer against money of Rs.10 to 50lakh each. Even for earning, he ordered to take of charge of 2 DDA’s to one DDA such as in Dewas, fraudulent DDA Aalok Meena kicked out DDA of ATMA, and holding both DDA Agri. & ATMA.
So most of DDAs’are compelling to farmers for buying this costly material for granting subsidy, the same with all types of seeds, fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides etc., it is increasing cost of producing all types of crops and farmers are not getting proper returns of their produce, causing thousands of suicide each year. The same is happening in all states of India, it is causing more than10000suicide of farmers.
