Total MP Agriculture department is not only highly corrupt, but also highly fraudulent too. What Central & state Govt. provides funds for farmers’ welfare & agricultural development, most of funds swallowed by their PS, Secretary, directors, deputy & assistant directors to AEOs’. CM Cries “we shall make agriculture a business of profit”, but he shelters all corrupts for getting fund back from back door. Even the Indian Abusing Officer Rajesh Rajora who is working as Principal Secretary of the department, sheltering all corrupt officers, even giving transfer & posting on money and earning crores of Rs. Pm., he is also having some lokaukta enquiries pending, but he is also paying good money to CM, so he is also sheltering him since 2010-11. PS having a lots of corruption reports of many officers but after getting monthly, he kept away most of files of many DDA, ADAs’ etc.,
According to sources PS posted DDA Vijay Chorasia in Indore after getting Rs.50lakh, while many other DDA were also interested for getting Indore DDA post, and ready to pay up to Rs.40lakh, it is a very common rate for posting in Indore as DDA. DDA Vijay Chorasia having highly corrupt past, he passed 12 years as Soil Conservation Officer in Khargone, and issued subsidies for making more than 3000 ponds under Khet ka Pani khet me, BAlram Talab, etc., & many other projects, while in only making ponds he swallowed subsidies of more than 1200 ponds, if it is micro search, there is no more than 1800 ponds in different blocks, most of ponds are not according to standard of Govt. but filed forged measurement books. After joining in Indore, in last month of July, he started collecting funds from seeds, insecticides, pesticides fertilizers, agricultural equipment & other agricultural material vendors, manufacturers, packers etc., he taken commission from all agro material vendors, kept this goods such as seeds, insecticides, pesticides, fertilizers at village coop societies, for agriculture and compelling to farmers to buy this material.
