Empty E in C post temporarily was holding by highly criminal GS Dmor as Consultant who is dense Criminal, murdered 7people corrupt & highly fraudulent having a lots of enquiries pending in MP EOW & MP Lokayukta, stayed from High Court Indore & Jabalpur, retired on 28.04.17, but spent money of Rs.5cr., on PS to CM Ashok Varnwal & PS Manoj Govil MPPHE, so these dirty corrupt prepared a file to give extension to this highly dense criminal, corrupt & fraudulent GS Damor, while there is no confidential report since 2006, in this regard he
suspended EE C. Raghuvanshi Mech. MPPHE Indore without power, RAghuvnshi was OIC in case of CE Damor against his corruption cases which were pending in High Court Bench Indore, there were writ petition no. 7748\2008, 615\2011, when he produced replies against him, so Damor could not get improper benefits from his cases in High Court, while Damor was fraudulently saving him self on base of cases pending in High court. CE Damor is not only dense criminal, who murdered 7, in which one of his 1st wife, he burnt her, and proved he was on duty, and saved himself, in 1986, 1 he killed with his Govt. jeep in way of Dhar- Sardarpur, when he was posted in Dhar Dn. As SDO, 2kiled in Udaigarh in case of land, 1 he killed by his revolver at a Dhaba when he posted in Ujjain, in all these murder cases, he proved he was on duty in all court with high money, while in one case, he produced his younger brother in court, and now his bother passed more than 15 years in Indore Dist. Jail while he did a lots of frauds on each of the step, when he was posted in Dhar, Khargone, Ujjain, as AE, EE, SE & CE in Indore.
Again lokayukta filed one more case no. Sawa \ 38\51/ 2016-2017against him for supply of laboratory chemical, when he was working as Advisor EnC. After all these PS Manoj Govil & PS Ashok Varnval after gtting high bribe, prepared his recommendation file for extension without mentioning his these cases of corruption.
On 28.04.17, after retirement, he refused for his farewell party, in hope of extension, because of he spent more than Rs.5cr. on PS Ashok Varnval to CM & PS Manoj Govil, MPPHE so these dirty corrupt asking for his extension, while in his recommendation report they showed him as very good officer, without producing his hard facts of Court Cases, MP EOW, Lokayukta Enquiries, because of only money. While CM SRS Chouhan is ready to give him extension for 6month after getting high bribe, ignoring all facts, in cabinet meeting on 02.05.17.
