Commercial Tax cum MP Sales tax department is full of highly corrupt & fraudulent officers, most of women officers such as AC Rita Chaturvedi Dondaria of Dewas, Ms. Ruby Raghvansi, Mrs. Punam Chorasia, DC RK Tiwari, Ratlam, DC Abdul Majid, Dn.3 Indore, DC Sudhir Gupta, Gwalior, and many others swallowed several crores from tax payers and burnt thousands of tax files of recovery of thousands of crores of Rs. In last 25 years. 10 years ago petroleum scam of Rs.600cr. caught. in the year of 02-03, 03-04, 04-05, there was scam of approx. Rs.600cr. in this MP Commercial Tax department, Regional Upper Commissioner raid petroleum product firms in Indore, whom are buying petro products from HPCL Gujrat, and got Rs.600cr. scam, in this Gujrat Govt. & CBI enquired, on that time that was directly monitored by PS & Min. of Fin. & Commercial Tax. In this scam from Fin. Minister, PS, secretary, Commissioner, RUC, UC HO, all DC, AC, CTO, swallowed more than Rs.100cr. and given clean chit to concerning business firms, scammers. Etc., when we asked to Commissioner & PS MP Com Tax under RTI, but total HO & department refused to provide any information and given reply we are not having such types of information. In 12-13, I filed an application under RTI for entertainment tax that was also scam of Rs.400cr. of multiplex theater of MP State, these multiplex swallowed more than Rs.400cr. of entertainment tax of 20% of each ticket since 2007 to 2013-14, while all these multiplexes were having relaxation of 5 year after starting their theaters. After filing of this RTI application, these officers raided these theaters and caught their scam. There is nothing after swallowing money. these files also burnt such as petroleum scam files burnt by all these involved officers.
