In MPPWD, most of EE of divisions are not deducting royalty of gitti, stones, muram, sand, etc., and not depositing to MP Mining department from most of bills of road, building, repairing, construction etc., and sharing 50%-50% with DA. In case of Dhar Dn. EE RK Jain, DA Sandeep Singh, in most of bills of contractors for repairing & construction, both these passing all bills and sharing 50%-50% of total royalty amount. Of course, both these sending their share to SE, CE, E n C, secretary, PS, Minister etc., if any one ask this information under RTI, most of time, this Dhar Dn. Refuses to accept all these applications. While the same with income tax, service, professional & Vat tax etc., all these are not deducting all taxes from all bills properly from service providers, contractors as per govt. law. Both these swallowing & sharing all these taxes. While SE Tiwari who is an appellate office under RTI, blindly rejecting all appeals because of only sharing corruption fund. It is also true same is doing most of EE in their divisions of MP state, but all are looking after their share, even PS Pramod Agrawal is directly calling his share even from AE, EE from all division.
