For benefitting industrialists, govt. stopped inspections of IHS Act 1948, causes high damaged in OFK JBP, high blasting causes deaths of more than 50, hurt 500 workers. Central & all state govt. neutralized, stopped inspections under Indian 54 labour acts, and Industrial Indian Factory Act1948, that’s causing high extortion of industrial 25 crores labours in India. While in Indian Factory Act1948 is meant for health safety & security of not only labours but also factory and its plant & machineries, but MP State Labour Commissioner KC Gupta on instructions of highly corrupt Aajamgadia PS Suleman Khan who taken crores of Rs. From big industrialists, stopped all inspections even directorate of MP Industrial Health & Safety departments. Its resulting heavy damages around the corner not only in private sector but also in public & govt. sector industries, factories, mills, workshops, depot, etc.,
Yesterday in Central Govt. Defense Factory so called Indian Ordinance Factory Khamaria Jabalpur, blasted bomb filling sections, blasted thousands of bombs and caused deaths of more than 50 workers, hurt more than 500 workers.
I have seen this factory 02.01.1998, their administration was highly careless, corrupt & cheater, unable to provide proper safety to their workers, there were no gumboots, no safety masks on their face, no hand gloves, no fire extinguishers on walls, no water tanks filled, no sand buckets hanging on each door of this filling section, when I asked the same in a press meet on getting of ISO 9002 award, while you are unable to follow up of proper safety norms in this highly dangerous explosive factory, they captured me in a room with some foods, cold drinks bottle with some labour union leaders, and opened that room after finishing this press meet.
