The top 10 responsible for corruption in India: for corruption in the Republic of India are as per given below:
1. The Judiciary, X- President of India Mr. KR Narayanan, who said, "Courts (of Justice) are casinos, not churches." It is more than sufficient comment on corrupt system of Indian Judiciary. It is also most lenient, time consuming, in the world. So generally corrupt, criminals-politicians, bureaucrats, employees, gangsters, businessmen, corporate houses, etc., do not bothered, for law, by spending money they utilizes it as tool to save them and they enjoys leniency and consumption of time as shelters. Appointment of Supreme Court & all high courts of all states on political basis. Most of politicians are highly corrupt, if these dirty corrupts are appointing these judges for their safety not for fair justice for Indian public.
2. The Journalists & the Media, These people are most responsible who and which are sheltering/ promoting all corrupt persons, i.e., all ministers, officers, businessmen, corporate houses, criminals, gangsters, etc. and encouraging the corruption. These people collect and know some true facts, having powers to know and produce truth, to public, but they keep all true and hard facts, in pocket, against money. They do black mailing after collecting material & proofs of corruption of corrupts and collect money, get other benefits. Actually they are most responsible for welfare of all, but these people are working for money, and dances around the money. At present media is totally money oriented. Most of media persons do not know law & legality, so they are unable to say what is illegal, not highly & widely qualified and having no futuristic vision, no technical, accounting, business, social, even not fundamental knowledge of any subject, having no habits of study, proper investigation, go deep inside future effects, related with humanity. What are they producing, sex, speeches of corrupt politicians, accidents riots etc., actually it is not media.
3. IAS The next in the list are the IAS, means Indian Administrative Services V/s Indian Abusing Service Officers. They are abusing the total country, these are big vultures, cunning, shrewd, deceit, and big frauds. They are the administrative operators of Indian nation, and main culprits, and cog of wheel of corruption. Actually they are enjoying freedom of the poor country with supreme power, paise and popularity.
4. Democratic System of Government
Democratic system of Government is most responsible for corruption in all democratic countries in the world. All the politicians who are corrupts, borne by democratic situation, for getting vote and contesting in the election, they have to spend the money, for publicity, for liquor, women, gifts, & other hundreds types of expenditure, to create power & popularity. For getting money and fulfilling the requirement of money for contesting election, they shall have to collect money from any way, it is legal or illegal, by hook or crook. It is the biggest cause of & responsible for corruption.
5. Ruling Political Leaders
Ruling Political party leaders are big vultures and most corrupt. They got post for very limited period, and always in doubtful about the post, power & chance. So they start corruption to collect money for future needs by hook & crook, legal or most of the time, it is illegal. They are responsible, meant for welfare and for planning of welfare of state and its development. , instead of welfare of the state & public, they do their welfare first. Collects money by corruption and deposit abroad. These corrupt policy planners, plans only for their welfare for personal benefits on cost and behalf of public, all ministers of Central, all 27 states & 7 union territories cheating billions of Rs. From all possible sources, even from aids, donation for all natural calamities such as flood, draught, earth quake etc., and in fire, mass murders, deaths, gas tragedy, war, train, plan accidents and in any other damages due to their acts, victims. These vultures snatches flash, body parts, money, from and on behalf the dead bodies or suffering public. It is the same story around the world in all democratic countries. Rarely founds honest ruling political party leaders in the democratic system of government on the planet.
6. IPS, IRS, IES, IFS etc.,
These Indian Police Service officers, Indian Revenue Service, Indian Engineering Service & Indian Forest Officers are borne corrupt. Brief detailed below:-
A. IPS Indian Police Service Officers
These officers are 2nd top corrupt officers in the country. These police officers, are responsible for maintaining law & order around the corner, in all 27 states, 7 union territories and national capital Delhi, but these officers are only also responsible for sheltering & developing the criminals, gangsters, corporate criminals, directly or indirectly involved in 90% of crimes, such as smuggling, prostitution, drugs, illicit type of poisonous liquor- manufacturing & selling and manufacturing, speculation, gambling, satta (MATKA) and thousands types of illegal work etc. They are big frauds develop and save corrupt, criminals, politicians, bureaucrats etc., transport operators, smugglers, drugs traffickers changes FIR, legal case diary, fabricates, divert legal proceedings etc., & disturb judiciary system. They collect funds, supplies women, harass opponents for top bureaucrats, politicians, criminals etc.,
Most corrupt wing of Police department is traffic police in the country, for getting posting in traffic & transport office police, these IPS officers also pay bribes to state ruling party Chief Ministers, home ministers, and state home secretaries etc., surface transport ministers etc.,
2nd top in police is crime branch IPS officers, these are silent top corrupts in this department in the nation.
3rd top in this department who are working in the field, who are holding the post in the metro, city & in urban areas etc., most corrupt is supdt. of police, who supports top criminals, mafia gangsters, collects monthly bribes from these gangsters, transport operators, matka\satta operators, etc.,
IRS (Indian Revenue Service officers) These IRS officers are working under Govt. of India, Min. of Finance, Central Govt. of Income tax, custom etc., of revenue department, both income tax, custom officers are top corrupt in revenue depatt. At present Govt. of India is collecting only 50 to 55% income tax, because of remaining part of income tax is swallowing by these corrupt officers @ cost of 10 to 25% of rest of the part. 85% businessmen, corporate houses, professionals- such as doctors, stockbrokers, chartered v/s corrupt accountants, consultants, valuers, chartered engineers, advocates, counsels, etc., of the country are big tax evaders.
These IRS officers are also working in the department of Central custom. Custom duty generally applies on imports & inland manufacturing certain goods under the list of Central Govt. These are cheating the thousand crores of revenue of CG by colleting direct from manufacturers and importers, some of 10 to 25% of total revenue of rest of 50% of officially unaccounted duty.
Indian Engineering Service officers.
In this category we are including all the engineers who are working under Central Govt., such as CPWD, Defense, Indian Railways, Communication, & amny others,etc., Govt. of India undertakings, such as NTPC, NPTC, NHEC, ONGC, NTC, BSP, AIRINDIA, Indian Airlines, Airport Authority of India, AIR, DD, & hundreds of others, all 27 states governments, & 7 union territories, and in national capital Delhi, etc in which most corrupt engineers are in all Public Works Department, Public Health Engineering, state electricity boards, water resources or Irrigation deparmtment,dev. Authorities, Municipals, corporations, Town & country planning departments etc.. These engineers are most corrupt, they generally swallow billion of billions of Rs. In the total country whom are working in CPWD all PWDs’ PHEs’ WRDs’, electricity baords, municipal & in municipal corps., city development authorities, housing boards, etc.,
IFS Indian Forest Service Officers
These IFS are most responsible for destruction of Indian forest and its valuable assets i.e., forest crops, herbs, wood, land, wild animals etc., These corrupts are earning crores of Rs., and selling above mentioned material to businessmen illegally. Sheltering & saving to smugglers, hunters, wood choppers etc.,
Union Public Service Commission officers, all 27 state service commission officers, engineers, doctors, civil, criminal judges etc., who have powers, widely collecting bribes, in cashing powers.
7. Big business houses,
These big business houses are operating the total country. They bought total ruling party and its leaders. These people provides funds for contesting and winning election, after winning election for formation of govt., and getting majority, help to buy MPs’, MLAs’, such as Reliance Group of Industries, which is not paying a single coin as income tax, cheating to many State Governments, Central government, investor, consumer, customer etc., and public from thousand corners, now that is a group of billions, and under the list of world 100 top billionaire. Even government of India is a puppet for that group. Ambani does not counts any law, any minister, any govt. it may be state or states, central, any officer, etc., what he wants, he does. TATA group as TATA Chem. Ltd. which is controlling total salt and unwontedly supplying iodized salt to the public and costing Rs.10/- per kg for paise 20 kg salt. And making impotent man etc. Birla, Sahara, Dalmiya, RPG, Oswal, Kedia, Som, Jindal, Bhaskar, Navabahrat and thousands of other houses, in the country, are very cunning and cheating thousand billion of Rs. Of public fund from govt. and from the public.
8. Professionals: CAs (Corrupt Accountants), CS, Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers.
These are big cheaters & cunning fellows of the country, these are professional hunters who hunts the victims and snatches money from them, and shows ways how to go ahead with illegality.
Chartered Accountants v\s corrupt accountants: these accountants are shows ways, to how to save by illegality, made illegal to legal & converts false & forged documents authentic, by putting the stamps knowingly. By this way, all states & central governments are loosing billions of Rs. pa, as revenue income of income tax, sale tax, professional tax, and thousands of other ways, on behalf of these forged documents, paying billions of Rs., to millions of NGOs’, newspapers, publishers, contractors, institutions etc.,
9. Chairmen, directors, executives, engineers, officers, valuers etc.
all central and state govt. undertakings, departments, such as Railway, banking industries, insurance cos., Telephone, Vigilance, Electricity Boards, Oil Corps. all State Transport Corps, steel authority, housing boards, pollution control boards, municipal corps, insurance cos., And hundreds of other departments etc.,
9. Politicians, officers, businessmen, mediators and criminals combines etc.
