Highly fraudulent PMGSY or MPRRDA many GM controlling 2divisions extending maintenance without tendering: Prime Minister Gramin Sadak Yojna in MP Rural Road Development Authority all engineers from EnC, CE as Chief General Manager, EE as General Manager, AE as assistant general manager, subengineer etc are on deputation from other departments such as MP Electricity Board, Rural Engineering Services, Water Resource Department, MPPWD etc., all these are engineered for corruption, looking after construction & maintenance of rural roads connecting to dist., divisional & capital headquarter and state & national highways. In this IAS Arun Shami Rao is CEO, collecting funds monthly from all GMs of all divisions and sheltering their corruptions, so most of GMs are doing a lots of frauds in construction & maintenance of quality of roads, not following proper rules & standards, using low standard material, bitumen etc.,
In Indore & Ujjain there are 21 divisions, GM SK Sarothia is holding 2dn. Alirajpur & Dhar3, GM SPS Saole is looking 2dn. BArwani 1&2, GM Dinesh Farakya Khargone 1&2, GM Anupam Saxsena MAndsour & Neemuch, GM RS tomar Ratlam-1 & Jhabua, paying Rs.5lakh each month to CEO Arun Shami Rao. So she is silent about their frauds.
