Indian Judiciary worst than casinos, dances on tune of rulers & capitalists: Indian Ex-president KR Narayanan stated on 25.01.2002, in their national speech, Indian Courts are casinos, not the churches of justice., while in reality these are worst than casinos, in case of film actor Salman, who crashed & killed more than 7persons, trail, session & High Court decided punishment for his crime, but Supreme Court freed him. There are thousands of cases. in which Supreme Court judges are pulling cases, un wontedly for saving criminals capitalists, ruling leaders & bureaucrats. In case no.5247\16 MP State V\s RB Roy, for no reservation in promotion, while such types of cases, Court decided many times, but in this case, Court extending dates since March 16, for MP State, CM SRS Chouhan do not want to revert Govt. officers, who got the promotion under 2002 policy of reservation in promotion to reserve category only for getting big vote banks. While on order of Supreme Court, CM Akhilesh Yadav reverted all officers & employees who got reservation in promotion under Ex-CM Mayawati rule, without hitch. While highly corrupt & criminal leader MP CM SRS Chouhan, who filed writ against it, and spending public funds of crores of Rs. for extending dates only for votes, killing rights of thousands of general category officers, 30% officers & employees retired without proper promotions due to this case. At once, Apex Court decided and given clear verdict on this issue, how & why accepting same types of cases, and extending dates again & again overlooking rights of more than 150thousnds of general officers & employees.
