In MP PWD, lokaukta caught red handed many engineers, after getting money, greedy Min., PS, Enc sheltering them: in year 2016, Lokayukta police caught red handed taking bribe, & in excess property cases more than 10 engineers, in different dist. Of MP, but highly corrupt Min. RP singh, PS Pramod Agrawal, EnC A Agrawal, sheltering them after getting big money from all of them, such as only in Indore, Lokaukta police caught EE Mathur, DM Kesari, DPE cum EE AP Rane PIU Indore, all these are highly not only corrupt, fraudulent & cheater too., EE Rane did thousands of frauds since he was SDO, he fraudulently got promotion on behalf of money, there is no DPC of Rane, but with frauds with employees of HO Bhopal, he added his name in senior SDO’s promotion list, than he joined after some time, in Dewas as EE, he swallowed, more than Rs.50cr., he broken, many big contracts in to pieces of Rs/2lakh, and passed bills blindly without deductions of govt. royalty, IT, CT etc., for his younger brother Vijay Rane on name of other contractors, in this DR Jarwal etc., 20% work orders, of patch work, repairing of govt. roads & buildings, he passed bills without work in each division such as Dewas, Dhar, Dn. no. 2 & 1 Indore, while in 90% other work contracts he asked commission up to 20 to 40% from contractors, he also played roll in escalation, extension, termination of most of big work on commission basis. In his total service period of 24 years, he earned more than Rs.200cr. and spent money on monthly basis to Min., PS, ENC since last 15years, approx. more than Rs.20so each & every one saving after lokaukta raid., yet not suspended and nor served charge sheets, while he punished for many cases. Lokaukta got only property of Rs.12 crore, while according to sources, he is having many properties in Gwalior, Bhopal, lokoaukta swallowed more than 80% cash & liquid assets such as gold, ornaments, so that corrupt organization which is highly defame in collecting funds regularly for delaying in producing charge sheets, framing cases very loosely for saving corrupts, it is history of last 30 years.
