Highly fraudulent state all electric distribution MPPKVVCo., MPMKVVCo., MPUVVCo. MPPKVVco. Etc., not issued electric bills since last 2month i.e., Nov. & Dec16, waiting for rate increment up to 20%. In these highly dirty, duffer & corrupt Indian Abusing Services officers posted as Managing Director, whom are not an electrical engineer or electric technical experts, do not know ABCD of electric, of course, they can abuse for collecting of funds from all corner. In maintenance, electric billing, purchase of material, recruitment, appointment, posting, transfer, preparation of forged documents, such as P&L A\c, balance sheet etc., abusing law, acts,
MPERC, it is also a commission only meant for getting high commission & stamping of black into white of all electric cos,, total staff from Commissioner to clerk are meant for getting commission, blindly working on instruction & money of these state electric distribution cos., Chairman or commission of most of these commissions, appointed by Govt. from highly corrupt IAS, IPS, Judiciary for playing drama, for saving govt. official criminals & passing time, for cleaning memories from public, while in case of regulation commissions are meant for freezing anger of public and confusing mass against cheating activities of govt.
