In MP State, Diggi Govt. framed a Regional Road Development Authority for developing & constructing regional rural roads of Pradhanmantri Gram Sadak Yojna. in this most of engineers and other staff acquired from MPPWD, MPWRD, MPRES, MPPHE, MPEB etc., meant only for completion of 45000 km rural roads connecting to district, divisional headquarters & state & national highways for round the year or all seasonal easy connectivity to villagers for agricultural, social & other purposes.
After completion of this project, it was necessary to dissolve its organisation and send their engineers, officers & other employees to their parent department and handover these 45000 km roads to Public works department of the MP State for saving their extra expenditure burden of total organisation, but only for corruption & snatching money on name of PMGSY from central govt. state govt. CM SRS Chouhan is not dissolving its structure.
