In Ujjain Sinhastha16, EE Kelkar, SDO Bhutada, all sub engineers to SSC, & others of Sinhatha Dn. did work of more than Rs.200 cr. of construction of bathing stairs of Mangalnath, Ramghat, Triveni, many roads, more than 10000roads separators each casting Rs.3000/- but supplied @15000/- each, 30000wooden ballies each casting Rs.500each supplied @3000/- each, construction of 5000huts for Sinhastha fair etc., in surfacing agricultural land for 5000 ha land, used gitti, muram for 5000 plots in different area in all these at least Rs.120cr. swallowed by highly corrupt EE Kelkar, SDO Bhutada, sub engineers etc., of course, its share also reached to Sinhastha Minister Bhupendra Singh straight forward asked for 25% on name of Central Home min., 10% to PS, CM, PWD min. Sartaj Singh etc., while EE Joshi Ujjain Dn. also did work of Rs.70cr. for roads & building work of construction, repairing etc., swallowed more than Rs.25cr. etc., while EE Songara E&M Dn. did work of street lighting of total city, on ghats, temples, generators, transformers, laying electric lines in all zones of more than Rs.100cr. he is also highly corrupt swallowed more than Rs,50cr. etc. of course its share also swallowed by SE Bagole, CE RK Sawla etc., EnC Akhilesh Agrawal, Sec CP Agrawal, PS Pramod Agrawal etc.,
