At last MP High Court decided reservation in promotion in Govt. services is illegal, revert who got promotion. After a long judicial procedure & hurdles, MP High Court decided Ex CM Diggi Devil who given reservation in promotion is totally illegal. But highly greedy & corrupt CM SRS Chouhan MP State Govt. is uselessly trying to file a writ petition for quashing order of MP High Court. While MP State High Court decided this writ petition on the many decisions of Supreme Court of India. SC &ST vote greedy CM SRS Chouhan is trying to challenge this challenge only for getting favours of SC & ST Govt. workers, whom are getting benefits of this decision & blindly supporting to CM SRS Chouhan. 2nd coincide CM SRS Chouhan is unable to understand the fact, Ex CM Digvijay Singh who passed this bill for promoting SC& ST officers & employees, defeated by all communities & kicked him out from rule because of high corruption & cheating with public fund.
CM SRS Chouhan is also unable to assess after all these promotions of reserved category after 2002, what is happening in the state, total state is standing on collapsing stage, because there are no intelligent, honest, hardworking engineers, doctors, officers etc., & other clerical & administrative staff who can properly execute & manage administrative work fairly & according to law.
What is its result of reservation in promotion? In MPPHE, there is no CE of general category, so no chances of EnC for next 25 years? Present in charge EnC Damor who is not only highly duffer, but also criminal murderer highly corrupt, fraudulent etc.,
2nd coincide, why reservation in promotion on seniority basis, leave all these old systems? Adopt policy of examination for promotion, who will qualify promotion exams, he can reach & get only promotion. That will give talented engineers, doctors, officers.
