In Ujjain Sinhastha, 3lakh public visited & holy dip in Kshipra, security torched on each step. CM & their Govt. was claiming 30 lakh people will visit Ujjain Sinhastha for holy dip. But no more than 3lakh people visited Ujjain, due to poor transportation facilities of railway, private buses and while question arises with private vehicle owners, thousands of visitors were stopped before city limits with their cars, bikes etc., parked out side city, pressed to walk up to 10km, so many places such as Mangalnath temple, Sidhdhawat, Kall Bherav, Sandipani Aashram of famous education centre of Lord Shrikrishna were remain empty due to torching by security forces. For Admin. & management, there is more than 25000 soldiers of MP Police, BSF, Home guards & others, for security, more than 10000 other officers, employees, doctors, engineers, labors are also working.
Only for gaining popularity & showing power, Cm spent public fund of more than Rs.500 to 700cr. on publicity only for today in international, national, state & local newspapers, magazines, TV & internet news channels etc. while farmers are suffering due to both season crop loss and thousands of farmers suicides in the state, but unable to distribute compensation, in many places of many dist. Govt. officers distributed compensation up to 5 to10% money of their farming cast. ma claiming
Since 2011, he & his official gang of Ujjain Municipal Corp. Ujjain Development authorities, MPPWD, MPPHE, WRD, Health, Food & Civil Supplies spent more than Rs.5000/0 but no one department succeeded to perform his duties with on time limit, while most of money exhausted.
UDA 30 historical temples repaired renovation & spent Rs.200cr. but total work is temporary total involved in corruption & swallowed more than Rs.300cr. the same with MPPHE, they spent more than Rs.600cr. & swallowed more than Rs.300 cr. swallowed more than RS.300cr.
