Highly corrupt postal department & their staff members selling postal orders on 10% commission, while there is clearly printed 5% commission on each postal, but these fraudulent are openly charging 10% commission. These staff members are also making frauds in Post Offices deposit a\cs., there is several schemes for postal deposit, when depositors complains, their senior refuses to accept these complaints. The same with postal registration of newspapers, these corrupts wants Rs.1000/-, if not paid, these dirty corrupts creates troubles, snatches papers from applications. When Chief Editor ASP Kumar asked information under RTI from SSP Rail Mail Services Indore and Senior Suptd. Postal Services city Dn. Indore for getting copy of old applications for getting registration, these dirty bustards clearly refused to provide copies of these applications while we file 4applications. Again we filed an application on 23 March 16 for registration, on time of filing this application, is it complete or not they told, it is complete, but after 9 days sent a letter no. L2\RNP\Samaymaya\ 2016 Indore 01.04.16 received on 04.04.16, in which they asked for original copy of ADM declaration certificate, while there is no need of original declaration certificate. If anyone file this original copy how can he will produce its copy to other authorities.
Even in RMS & other post offices, officers are using ordinary scrap plastic begs for transferring envelops & other postal material, while money of purchasing of begs these officers are swallowing money. Most of times on delivery heavy envelops delivering broken envelops to receivers.
We sent 1110 copies of Samaymaya newspapers in month of Feb 16, most of times 2-3% copy returns, but yet not return any copy and not reached any copy of newspaper on destination, these RMS staff burnt these copies because of I filed RTI application. When we asked to RMS, they told us, we immediately sent all these copies. It is require CBI investigation. Because of no one senior officer want to listen our complaint.
