MP PWD's staff Rs.5cr. swallowed in IRC 76th Convention, LOC CM & Sec., share distributed to PS, Sec, EnC, & others of MPPWD: Most cunning & shrewd Indore cir. SE Bansi Jeswal who was secretary & West Zone CE PK Shrivastava was chairman of this Local Organizing Committee, collected from members charges of Rs.1500/- to RS.5000/- each from all over states PWD of India, it was at least more than Rs.3cr., than on name of advertisements for souvenir\magazine from state PWD more than 400 contractors it was min.Rs.25000/- to Rs.2lakh, while Rs.10 to 20lakhs on name of launch & dinners, from big contractors, such as Dilip buildcon, Gammon Projects Infra Ltd., Gour Road Tarcoat P Ltd., IL & FS Transportation Networks Ltd., JMC Projects Ltd., MPRDC, Shukla Bros. of Rewa etc., this money was also more than Rs.4cr. Rs.8cr. they got from Govt., Er. BL Jeswal also collected cash & cheques from these contractors. Approx. more than Rs.5cr. swallowed more than 30 to 40% money, unable to give required record under RTI: SE BL Jeswal & CE PK Shrivastava swallowed more than Rs.1cr. each, so both these corrupt are unable to provide real & information under RTI.
In this Indian Road Congress 76th convention was organized by MPPWD west zone engineers, from 18th to 22nd Dec.15, in this CE PK Shrivastava MPPWD West Zone was Chairman, SE BL Jeswal was secretary, & other members such as EE BK Mathur, Dn. 2 Indore, EE NK Shrivastava was treasurer, EE Chattergee E&M Dn. Indore, EE A P Rane, MPPWD PIU dn. Indore, EE RK Jain of MPPWD Khargone dn., SE Chouhan MPPWD Khandwa Circle, DA Trivedi who was A\cs advisor played crucial roll in swallowing Rs.5cr. with his major share, according to sources Rs.50lakh reach to PS Pramod Agrawal who sanctioned Rs.8cr. from govt. for this convention Rs.50lakh to EnC Rs.25lakh to Min. Sartaj Singh, all are highly corrupt, got Rs.5crore from State Govt., Rs.3crore collected by contribution from IRC India wide members, MPPWD state contractors, stalls rent etc., for food, distribution of hand begs, sarees etc., out of this Rs. 8cr., they paid rent of Rs.2crore to Brilliant Convention Center, while its average rent of Rs.25lakh per day, but they paid Rs.2cr. for 5 days, i.e., Rs.40lakh per day, paid Rs.1.25cr. to 7 wonders of Delhi firm for event management & cultural program, while that was not more than of Rs.25lakh program, they bought 3000handbags @Rs.605/- each while it is available in the market @Rs.350/-,, bought 2000 maheshwar sarees, @Rs.1500 to 2500/- each, while it is available @Rs.600/-,to RS.1000/- the same with taxi charges, 500 taxis, 20buses for members, but there were only 300 taxis & 20 buses, etc., they booked more than 1500 hotel rooms in different hotels of Indore on 25 to 40% high charges, while there is not more than 800 delegates from out side, it is required Lokayukta enquiry.
