In Ujjain, for Sinhastha, govt. construction agencies looting on all corners: In Ujjain, on name of Sinhastha, all Govt. agencies such as MPPWD, MPPHE, MPRES, WPWRD, Ujjain Development Authority, Ujjain Municipal Corp., Zila Panchayat Ujjain etc., who earned, more than Rs.1000cr. when was CEO ZP Indore, within 3year, spent a lot of money for saving himself made corruption of more than Rs.500cr. CEO Gopal Dand of Sinhastha Ujjain 2016, himself is not only highly corrupt, but fraudulent too, he is getting more than 10% share from all agencies as per given above. In MP Public Works Department Ujjain B&R Dn., looking after roads & buildings of Ujjain Dist. While EE Kelkar of Sinhastha Dn., who is not only duffer, corrupt & fraudulent, having many charge sheets, but due relations with CM House, he again posted in Ujjain, made, renovated many roads of Ujjain Sinhastha area and swallowed more than Rs.50cr. out of Rs.200cr., E&M PWD, EE Sonane, he is also duffer looking after electrical arrangements, lighting of Ujjain area, earned more than Rs.25cr. out of Rs.120cr. work. While MP RDC EE Rakesh Jain he also did many frauds & earned more than Rs.50cr. made Ujjain byepass, earning most of BOT contractors, getting monthly, so unable to ask for quality, repairing of Ujjain Kota Road, Ujjain Indore Road, Ujjain Ratlam, Ujjain Dewas Road etc., So all these dirty corrupt engineers are unable to provide any information under RTI. In MP Public Health Engineering Sinhastha EE Dharmendra Verma, Maintenance Dn. EE Sunil Udiya, E&M Ahirwar, EE UMC all these 3 of MPPHE & their SE Ratnawat all are also highly corrupt on name of drinking water supply earned more than Rs.50cr., unwontedly purchased material of Rs.200cr. in which all these posted only for corruption sharing with min. Kusum Mahdele, PS A Rai, EnC in charge Criminal murderer who murders 6persons including his wife Damore, all are getting commission. So all these corrupts unable to provide information under RTI.
In MP Water Resources Department EE Mukul Jain historical corrupt who did high corruption in Choral dam, in this Ujjain, he is looking after diversion of Khan & Kanha River from mixing of polluted water in Holy Kshipra River, that was project of Rs.75cr., he swallowed more than of Rs.10cr.
The same with Ujjain Development Authority & Ujjain Municipal Corp. these both organizations are big gangsters swallowing 50% to 70% money in all types of construction, repairing, maintenance etc., all mayor corporators, officers from CEO& commissioner to engineers, doctors, sanitary, market, food safety, accountants A\cs Officers to clerk & peon all are earning 5 to thousand times of their salaries. So these dirty corrupt bustards are unable to supply required record.
Even in several work, one work done by MPPWD, MPPHE, Sinhastha Dn., UDA, UMC and paid direct payment without work by 2 agencies, got their shares from working contractors. It is also true shares of this corruption money is also reaching to Dist. Collectors Kiyavat, Dn. Commissioner Paraste, CEO Sinhashta Gopal Dand to Bhopal PS of PWD, PHE, Urban Development, CS & CM etc.,
