MP budget 16-17; data magic, cheating with public, increased VAT, arranged to swallow public fund from all corners: Chief state gangster & finance gangster produced budget for 16-17 on 27 Feb.16. it is very clear this BJP meant for Bhukhera Jan Party & their minister’s gang swallowing thousands of crore of Rs. from all corners, and sinking govt. in debts. Last year CM & fin Min. Jayant Mallyya taken loan of 15900cr. for managing regular expenses.
While these dirty bustards are charging 32% VAT on petrol, diesel & on fuel gas, now it is fixed Rs.18.5 & Rs.16.5 on diesel per liter, it is highest price in India, & in the world, now arranged Rs.19986.65cr from 9704 cr. only for swallowing more than Rs.1lakh from electric, after selling of electric to state consumers & earn 5 to 10 times high, than other state, on name of maintenance & new lines, than in PWD, PHE, WRD, Women & child development, health, forest, mines & minerals etc.,
State Budget is a budget for planning to cheat public fund on name of public.
