NVDA Nagod Dn. EE Vindodia filed forged FIR of Machinery stolen for saving himself, while HES Infra P.L did nothing. A Turnkey project allotted to HES Infra Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad by work order no. 515\SLC\Nagod\dtd. 24.08.12 for work of 30km from RD 83 to 113km, excavation, cement lining with construction of major, minor, sub minor distributories for Rs.102.55cr. in 30 months. On order of CE Shivhare NVDA RABS canals, for high bribe commission, highly corrupt Dn. no.1 EE Vinodia Nagod paid 5% advance of machinery & 5% for working capital and contractor firm paid 50% commission from this advance to CM SRS chouhan, Min. NVDA, PS & VC R Vaishya and remaining money Rs.5cr. kept in his pocket, did not brought any plant & machinery on site and not started work , after all these major frauds, corrupt & fraudulent EE Vinodia paid him Rs.71,55,781/- for getting high bribe from him, after completion of 30month on 23.2.15, without doing any work, CE, SE & EE for saving themselves, asked to concerning firm to file an application for time extension for 2 year, with useless arguments & reasons shown in his application no, 325\HES\Satna dtd. 16.03.15.
When SE NVDA Circle Satna warned to EE Vinodia for his fraud, than today he filed an application in NAgod Police station for stolen of plant & machinery.
In this time agenda note, they accepted concerning contractor firm not started any work of excavation of RBC, but recommended for time extension.
While chief fraudulent engineer Shivhare, now member engineering, working after retirement, and highly fraudulent PS & VC R Vaishya given him extension for saving his frauds.
