Engineer in Chief Akhilesh Agrawal who is not only corrupt but lustrous too. He passed his most of time in Bhopal, so he having relations with CM, ministers & bureaucrats etc., for high earning & monthly royalty, he posted 21 SDO as EE of independent divisions as in charge, of course, with consent of PWD min. Sartaj Singh, PS Pramod Agrawal for their earning too. Now all these in-charge EE of all dns. Are swallowing money from each & every corner, even asking 70% money from contractors with bills without work, sold bought gitti & bitumen such as in-charge EE Mathur of Dn.2 of Indore, in charge EE Deepesh Gupta of Dewas Dn. etc., even he is asking 5% commission for allotment of money for work, EE of dns. Whom are not paying him, than he is setting their Ombudsmen enquiry, where his relative is sitting as secretary as judicial officer, after getting money, stopping these investigation.
According to high sources, he is having relation with wives of CE RK Vyas & retd. CE NK Joshi, and the children of both are of this lustrous A Agrawal, of course, it requires DNA taste, that’s why in last week of retirement of SE NK Joshi, Agrawal given promotion order of CE, while SE RK Vyas who is highly corrupt & fraudulent, swallowed Rs.50 to 80,000/- per day on toll collection of Khipra Dewas bridge in year of 2004-06, caught red handed, when he was SDO NH Dn. Indore, govt. decided to suspend him, but due to relation with A Agrawal, he saved him, the same he did frauds & swallowed public fund, filled forged MB, passed forged bills of crores of Rs. and collected crores of Rs. in his total life, after spending crores of Rs. for cleaning up of all investigation with help of A Agrawal. Agrawal played crucial role from saving his all criminal & corrupt acts in his all promotions & posting on creamy posts, due to only his relations with wife.
Now that dirty corrupt & fraudulent Agrawal for promoting CE RK Vyas as Engineers in Chief, served notices to all senior CE MK Gupta, CE RK Sawla etc., for breaking their chances of En C only.
