PWD Dn.2 in charge EE Mathur dacoit sold bitumen & gitti, asking contractors to sign bills without work & return 70% money: Indore NH & Dn.2, highly corrupt in charge EE Mathur SDO who got posting after paying Rs.50Lakh to EnC Akhilesh Agrawal & Min. Sartaj Singh, holding charges of EE NH Dn. Indore & Dn.2 Indore, totally duffer to control a sub division, holding charges of 2 divisions only for corruption, torturing to not only all staff members, but also to most of suppliers & work contractors, not paying their bills without 40 to 70 to 80% commission. When PS P Agrawal taken a good step and asked to their all divisions of state to buy bitumen asphalt & gitti for road patch repairing with daily wage workers & departmental gangs. He bought both & sold both these items to other contractors, swallowed 80% money of these items, on papers shown road repaired, while there is nothing and claimed after rain, for re repairing.
Of course, he is also bound to pay monthly royalty to MP PWD Min. Sartaj Singh, PS P Agrawal, EinC A Agrawal, so after several complaints from contractors, Staff & others dirty corrupt Min. PS, EinC are unable to take any action against him.
