While banks are not interested for opening of SB a\cs, of children, 2nd for opening of saving banks a\cs require Rs.1000/- each. It is very difficult for lower class people whom are earning only Rs.5 to 10,000 pm, peoples left using pulses because of high cost, using milk only 100ml to 200 ml because of milk casting Rs.40 to 50 Rs. per liter, paying rent Rs.2 to 3000/- pm, school fee Rs.2000/- for 2 kids how lower class people are surviving, you ask with them only. Each lower class home is having its own painful story. But ruling Govt. vultures want to earn money by hook or crook, for collecting they can do anything beyond all pains of public.
