Total MP Pollution control board is meant for pollution spreading board, because of only highly corrupt staff from chairman NP Shukla, member secretary AA Mishra to lower staff whom are sitting in regional & sub regional offices, in the state, all regional officers, scientists, accountants etc., so these dirty corrupts are unable to provide information under RTI. I applied 03.06.15, to RO MPPCB Indore for getting some information & its records, they replied for depositing money of Rs.128/- I deposited on 08.07.15, when I asked for its receipts, concerning staff replied you will get its receipts on delivery of documents. When I could not get their call for delivering of documents, I sent my employee for getting information on 23.07.15, on that time their corrupt staff replied him, we sent your documents on same day by post, I asked to RO RK Gupta, that fellow replied us, I am not responsible for RTI, you ask with PIO. Same I informed to their HO Bhopal and asked many times on phone to talk with Chairman & member secretary, but always these dirty corrupt refused to listen my complaints.
While question arises with Chairman Shukla, his service tenure is over, but still he is working only due to serving corruption fund to minister & CM Chouhan, and widely collecting funds from the state from polluting industries around state. 2nd Member Secretary AA Mishra, on his corruption, when he was RO MPPCB in Indore, Supreme Court of India given verdict against him on 02.01.2002 in case of MP State V\s Great Galleon Ltd. Dhar and asked to state to close all these Pollution Control Board, if these are unable to take action against polluting industries, but due to high corruption, minister K Vijayvargiya posted him as a member secretary .
