In MP Commercial Tax department, their anti evasion wings are having only powers to checking & collecting tax on unpaid goods transporting trucks, buses & all other vehicles etc.,, and raiding business establishments i.e., shops, industries, offices etc., for commercial tax evasion since 2006, while all employees & officers of total MP state Commercial Tax Department are appointed & meant for collection of MP Comm. Tax. Or sales tax in the state, but most of powers for enquiring & checking of goods transporting vehicles, tax evasion in all types of business establishments delivered to only all 6 wings of anti evasion bureau of MP Commercial Tax, so for posting of Deputy, Asstt. Commissioner, CTO, ACTO, inspectors & tax assistants in this wing, CM, minister, PS & Commissioner all these charges high bribes. In last time all these charged Rs.50 to 80 lakhs for DC, Rs.25 to 35lakhs for AC, Rs.15 to 25lakh, for CTO, etc., now for recovering this bribe. CTO RM Sharma fixed rates for trucks Rs.10000/- pm from Rs.5000/- each truck of at least 400 transporters, 400 inter city- state buses etc., which are widely transporting precious goods such as mobile phones, memory chips, & other materials etc., after collection of this money these trucks & buses can freely carry unpaid tax good. This is around the state, all these 6 anti evasion wings after getting fixed monthly bribes from transporters & buses owners, not takes action against them.
