MPPCB Indore, corrupt staff swallowed money under RTI, yet not supplied record for saving their corruption: MP Pollution control Board is meant for corrupt pollution spreading board. In MPPCB office of Indore, filed an application for getting information on 03.06.15, they asked for money, deposited money on 08.07.15, when asked for information, staff PI officer promised, when prepare, we’ll call you, but no one called upto 31.07.15, when our employee reached there for getting information & its record, these dirty corrupt told him we sent it, see our record, while it is not reached up to today. When we asked to RO RK Gupta, that corrupt, rudely replied do not ask me, anything regarding RTI, there is PIO, you ask only him not me. PIO KL Chowdhary, who is looking after all types of industries of A, B, C, D, E, F category of Sanwer Road of Indore & widely collecting monthly bribes from red & orange level industries such as steel foundries, medicinal, pharma, liquor, etc., Staff officer DK Jain, SS Shrivasta who is looking after Khandwa, Khargone, Burhanpur, Badwani etc., Ajay Shrivastava, having charge of Rau, Palda of Indore, Scientist RK Malviya, who is looking after bio-medical waste & legal cases, he is also widely collecting bribes and sheltering all polluting industries in this area. So these dirty vultures are unable to provide that record. While I informed this matter to their HO Bhopal on 21.07.15, but yet not any action, because of all these corrupt Chairman NP Shukla, Member secretary AA Mishra & others are also sharing this corruption fund so unable to take any action against them. Legally Shukla completed his service tenure, while MS AA Mishra a historical corrupt Indian Supreme Court given a verdict on this officer, if pollution control boards are unable to control pollution, these should be closed, in case of Great n Glane Leather & Liquor Ltd. of Dhar V\s MP State Govt. this officer is totally meant for saving polluted industries against money. He is posted in Indore since 1991. After getting big money, Min. K Vijayvargiya posted him on post of Member Secretary, while there should be separate appointment.
