In MPPEB scam, related deaths actually murders for saving top politicians, bureaucrats, PMT mafias such as coaching institutions. This scam is in existence since 1990, most of politicians of Congress including CM Diggi & others were responsible up to Nov. 2004 or their rule & BJP is responsible after Dec 2004, while most of bureaucrats such as IAS whom were looking after not only PMT exams of MPPEB but also Health department & Medical education since 1990, while most of coaching institutions of PMT such as Deepika coaching of Jabalpur, Krishna Coaching which was having its branches in Jabalpur, Gwalior, Bhopal & other places in MP, while in UP its braches were in Lucknow, Aagra, Jhansi, Mathura etc., & in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Kota in Rajsthan were also playing roll of mediators for solvers & setting of PEB bureaucrats for admission in medical colleges, and many other more than 50 coaching institutions & centers also played crucial roll in this scam, but it is wonderful, no name of any coaching institution, there were name of many institutions but they paid big bribes for removing their names from this scammers list. 2nd coincide, crime branches of Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior etc., SIT, STI officers, staffers, up to constables are also widely torturing & collecting funds from hundreds of innocents students & their parents whom were only contacted with these mediators, solvers & mafias etc., for admission, but due to high charges, they refused for admission in medical colleges.
Now Supreme Court also ordered for enquiry through CBI. While Central Bureau of Investigation is a puppet of ruling govt. most of rulers have been using this bureau as umbrella for saving them. When Congress was ruling, on that time opposition BJP their alliance NDA blaming as CBI working as Congress Bureau of Investigation, now it will work as Central BJP Investigators. Most of investigation agencies only meant for saving, sheltering rulers and a tool for removing their oppositions, passing time for secured rule.
Past history it self proved. 2nd coincide, all these investigating agencies are very important part of Govt., for the Govt. & from the Govt. so how can these puppets go against their own Govt.
