For purchasing electric, for getting high commission, not generating, creating water crisis in Indore; even burnt Sarani electric station.: Highly corrupt CM SRS Chouhan for getting commission, unwontedly purchasing electric for supply of power to public & industries. Last year spent more than Rs.9000cr. on purchasing of electric from private cos. such as Tata, Ambani, Adani, Jindal etc., only for getting hundreds crores of Rs. per day in commission. While State electric generation of thermal power 4320 MW, hydro electric 917.5 MW, & on Narmada dams 2361.5 MW i.e., total electric generation of state is 7599 MW per day, 2nd coincide total demand of electric is only 5000 MW to 5500MW, means state is having surplus power of 2100 MW. Why these dirty vultures bought power of Rs.9000cr. swallowed more than Rs. 6000 cr. 2nd coincide Power Gen. Co. is selling this surplus electric to these private cos. on papers on very cheaper rate, and buying the same on higher rates, showing the same on papers and swallowing the thousand crores of Rs.
2nd coincide not generating electric from hydro power stations of Onkareshwar Hydro electric Station. That was causing big trouble for MPPHE Indore Municipal Corp. Dn. 1 at Mandleshwar & Indore dn.2 for drinking water supply, because of there was level of MSL 150.6, while for pumping that water to Indore required at least 160.7. when NHDC stop the generation from these turbines, that creates shortage of water in that Right Bank Canal.
