State cabinet minister’s transfer industry earned more than Rs.5000cr. in this season. In summer of 2015, CM SRS Chouhan opened transfer in all govt. departments for earning to ministers of all govt. departments. All these ministers earned more than Rs.500cr. from the officers, engineers, doctors to all employees, who want posting on cream post & required place, who spent money, he got posting on required post & place. It was a open game. CM SRS Chouhan & their Govt. also extended time limit from 19.05.15 to 31.05.15. in police department, minister BL Gour who is not only corrupt, cunning but lustrous too, earned more than Rs.100cr. in transfer & posting of more than 300ASI, SI, TI, ASP, CSP, DSP, SP to IPS officers, the same in Commercial tax department, Fin. Min. Jayyant Mallayya, who is also looking after commercial tax, Excise, & WRD from baniya community, highly greedy & corrupt for posting in anti evasion bureau, excise department, WRD, etc., Health, Medical edu. min. Narrottam Mishra, PWD Min. Sartaj Singh, forest Min. GS Shejwar, Urban Dev. & Environment Min. K Vijayvargiya, Agricultural Min. GS Bisen, Food & Civil Supplies Min. K Vijay Shah, Technical & Higher Edu. Min. US Gupta, H & FP, PHE, V&AH etc., Min. K Mahdele, TC&I, S&YW, RT & R Min. Smt. V Raje Scindhia, Sch. Edu. Min. PC Jain, Energy, NE, Mining Min. R Shukla, Labour Min. AS Arya, Revenue & Rehab. Min. Rampal singh, Tribal & SC Welfare Min. Gyan Singh, Women & child Wlefare Min. Maya singh, Transport, Sc. & Techn. Min. BS Thakur, State Min. for Sch. & Higher Ed. Deepak Joshi, GAD, NVDA & Aviation S. Min. LS Arya, PH & FW, Med. Ed., Aayush, etc., S. Min. Sharad Jain, C& T Min. Surendra Patwa, and all MLA’s & MP’s etc., all are openly accepting bribes for all types of transfers, posting & for staying on same post of officers & employees. This total figure may increase more than Rs.5000cr., actually it is recovery of election expenditure & invested funds of all MP & MLAs’.
