In MPPHE, govt. is allotting funds for drinking water, in rural & village areas of all dist. Of state, for arranging drinking water, govt. approved construction of small check & stop dams on rainy nalas, small rivers etc., also for increasing ground water level in that local area for continuous drinking water supply. On each division level, govt. sanctioned more than 20 to hundred check & stop dams. In this project most of executive engineers constructed most of these stop & check dams on papers & swallowed money.
In Dhar dn. there is such types of 30 stop& check dams, while EE Khurana played a big frauds in this project, he released the tenders, but in most of these dams only one contractor Shailendra Joshi got most of work on 2to 4% above, fraudulently, when some contractors tried to take these construction, that S Joshi threaten and kick them, with support of this EE Khurana. While these dams constructed only on papers, did all formalities of paper work, such as filling of false MBs’, sanctioned payments of all false bills and most of funds swallowed by both these.
PS A Rai, MPPHE is also well aware with these facts, but yet not taken any action against EE Khurana of Dhar Dn.
