At last capitalists’ puppet Indian PM changed child labour act for using children in factories on low wages with 12 hours working, it is meant only for extortion of children, killing their childhood & education. Of course it is on name of parental business, parents can use their children in their own business, factories, farm houses, shops, tea vendors & other types of work for livelihood. While present scenario in India, most of crackers factories, bidi, and hundreds types of other factories, business shops, small scale industries are widely using children on very low wages from Rs.50/- to 100/- per day aged from 7-8 years to 16years, but most of state labour departments’ inspectors are collecting monthly fund and close their eyes. In Indore, near by sub urban of Rau, 4year back, more than 10-15 children died in a cracker factories in a blast, but SDM, DM, labour department of Indore with in 10-15 days close total matter, than after Badnagar of Ujjain, in a blast of crackers factory 8 children died, labour department suspended asstt. Director of MP State Industrial Health & Safety of Ujjain, close total matter.
When Central Govt. passed act and validation for child labour, that will increase extortion, killing of childhood, education of children and after all these untimely death of them in hazardous business of parents & others.
In 1920, International Labour Organisation asked to British ruling govt. of India to adopt all these labour acts for safety, security and smooth survival of unorganised Indian labours in thousand types of Indian factories, industries, shops, mills, workshops etc., but British ruling Indian Govt. adopted all these acts, such as minimum wages, industrial disputes act, workmen’s compensation law etc., after freedom of India, Congress govt., also not changed all these laws for safety, security and smooth survival of 20 crore labours but BJP who asked to vote on name of ‘coming good days’ these dirty vultures & puppet of capitalists, changing many labours laws for extortion of labours and benefiting to capitalists, industrialists etc.,
