After 13 year of trial Mumbai court given decision on 06.05.15, only for 5 year term of jail, and granted bail within 4hours for 2days. While in most of cases, no bail, to criminals. The question is how court passed 13 year, for deciding case, because of high profile & money, than if court decided for jail, there is no instant bail, but in this case court granted bail. Why?
2nd coincide, if really Salman is hero of film industry, why he could not accepted true, up to last he told to Hon’ Court he did not driving this car. While it is proved by court, on that time he was driving this car without driving license in drunken state. It is also big draw back of Indian law, there is no punishment for false statement in the court..
This case again proved Indian police & Indian judiciary is highly corrupt. Maharashtra police officers taken big money, and even these dirty vultures of Mumbai police tortured to that constable Ravindra Patil who was seen this case his family for changing his evidence & statements in the court against Salman up to his death in municipal hospital.
The same with Jay Lalita case, after 13 years she got clean chit from high court.
in both cases, there should be CBI inquiry
