HRD ministry unable to provide NCC training for 10 mln. Young school college students: Defence ministry is operating & managing National Cadet Corps for young students for providing military training, with HRD ministry but at present it is covering only 10% students of schools colleges, while 90% students are not getting this training, which is necessary for not only students but also for nation. Of course, it is very short term training having only 120 hours in a year, for all wings such as army, navy & air for all school & colleges but in only 50% govt. school & colleges of urban area, no arrangement for providing this training in most of rural, govt;. & private academic school, colleges, professional institutes etc., while it should be compulsory for rural & urban school, colleges & professional institutes. It is very beneficial for all students with central & all states govt. of nation for future. These NCC trained students easily can fight against terrorism, local hooligans, gun-dogs on requirement, and if any time required by defence forces, they can easily helpful for them.
2nd coincide, defence, armed, semi armed forces, state police can directly recruit their officers & soldiers from schools colleges on time of training and if defence ministry provides them strong training of 500 hours in a year with drill, fitness, arms, ammunition, artillery, in army wing, on ships, marines, submarines etc., in naval wing, ground management, flying, navigation etc., in air wing etc.,
HRD & Defence ministry should come together for widely providing NCC training in most of Govt. & private school, colleges, professional institutes of urban & rural area for developing self confidence, disciplined generation and futuristic demand to fight against internal & external terrorism, problems of nuxlites, local mafias, hooligans, gundogs etc.,
