In PIU MPPWD Indore, EE RAne & his SDO Gotam did lots of frauds on each of the step, MTH Hospital Bldg. & made hostel in place of ITI workshop. In MPPWD, govt. developed a new wing Project Implementation Unit as PIU for construction of Govt. buildings, such as courts, schools, ITI, hospitals, transport offices, and all other govt. departments buildings in MP state, while in this wings most of engineers, officers & employees are from MP Public Works Department. So it is clear, there is high corruption in this PIU wing of the state, only in Indore PIU dn. EE Rane, his SDO Goutam, did a lots of frauds on each of the step, only in construction of MTH Hospital building, 10km extra lead and paid more than Rs.10lakh extra, in foundation, he filled measurement books of 15000q ft. extra excavation of its foundation of more than 5000sq. feet, contractor used on 45cm thickness in place of 70cm, and saved more than Rs.30lakh, in iron, cement concrete etc. he made payments of chimney bricks, of Rs.15lakhs, extra while contractor used open bhatta masonry bricks, while this building is not completed, but got extra payments of Rs.1crore.
The same he did in construction of Industrial training institute ITI workshop, he made hostel building and paid contractors most of bills. And swallowed more than Rs.40lakh.
