On RTI, than publication of hard facts, DM S. Singh of Mech. Dn. Ujjain threatened Shi Ajmera. For collecting information & documents from Mechanical Dn. Ujjain filed an application, on 29.01.15, they issued a letter no. 272\Tech.\ EE\PHE\MEch. Dn. 14-15, Ujjain Dtd. 25.02.15, in this letter, asked Rs.15/- per page for photocopy of cash book, while market rate is only Rs.2/-, so I asked to deposit Rs.432/- for point no.2 but EE Ahirwar refused to accept this money, the same I also informed to CE MEch. MPPHE Bhopal which is as per below

With above reference, in my application there is 4points, 1st time they replied properly, but in point no.1, for copy of cashbook, he asked me to deposit Rs.15/- per page, while market rate is only Rs.2/- it is double of A-4, can ask max. 4/- per page and asked to deposit Rs.11445/ only for 763pages, it is totally illegal, in point no. 2, he asked Rs.432/- for copy of work order, when I asked to deposit Rs.432/ - he totally refused to accept. He told me deposit full amount, While he can not refused to accept money in part. Copy of application as D-1 & their reply attached as D-2
So I request you to ask him the same with concerning EE, MPPHE Mech. Ujjain to deposit Rs.432/- and ask him why he is asking Rs.15/- per page, in place of Rs.2/-, if he is ready to accept I can deposit total amount for that application.

But yet not replied by CE Khare Mech. MPPHE Bhopal HO, and not asked to concerning EE Ahirwar, because of direct involvement in corruption, and getting share from all EE Mech. Of all 8 divisions from all over MP.
when published in our weekly Samaymaya newspaper, DM Shailendra Singh threatened me, from his mobile no. 9425458551 on my mobile no. 9425125569, because of he did a lots of fraud, and he is a kingpin of all frauds in Ujjain MPPHE Mech dn. even he used departmental drilling machines for borewell at his newly constructed house and drilled 2borewells without payment to department, while his house having value of more than Rs.50lakh which is more than his total legal salary of his life. It is a case of lokayukta enquiry.
