PS WRD closed 65sub dn. in NT basin, unable to explore topographic possibilities for new water bodies: MP WRD PS RS Julania closed more than 65 sub dn. only in CE NT Basin WRD Indore, in MP state he closed more than 250 sub divisions due to no load of work. While the load of work, not comes from higher side, sky, or from public. SDOs & Sub engineers are responsible to find the sites on topography of land for preparation of water bodies and estimates for cost, viability of projects etc., but PS closed more than 65 subdivision of only NT Basin, now there is no staff for searching of places for storage of water in water bodies, who will search these places. While there is thousands of places in all 14 districts of Indore & Ujjain Dn. where this WRD can prepare water bodies for future need of farmers, humans, forests, animals etc., most of mountain area of Dhar, Badwani, Alirajpur, Jhabua, Khandwa, Khargone, Jhabua, Dewas, Aagar, Ujjain, Shajapur, Mandsour, Neemuch dist. etc., laying dry and day by day ground water is going deep due to lack of water bodies in that area, while there is average rain more than 30” to 40” pa.
In this area 100 of rivers are flowing towards Narmada, Chambal & Tapti. Efforts of WRD can contain water in thousands of small water bodies in the area. PS RS Julania can order to search for preparation of new water bodies not only free govt. land but also in forest land with their permission, because of water is basic need for all types of development i.e., for agriculture, forests, animals etc.,
