Highly corrupt CE Dabar, SE Gandhe unable to hear appeals for saving their subordinate staff, reappointed retd., collecting agent SK Panwar.
NT Basin CE Dabar who is not only corrupt but duffer too, I asked information under RTI for getting official record of MPAG report & others but unable to reply properly than I filed appeal against their improper compliance, but after more than 45 days, he is unable to hear this appeal for saving their corruption, 2nd coincide CE MS Dabar reappointed his collecting agent retd. SK Panwar as legal consultant, who is not only highly corrupt, fraudulent but also very torturing to under staff, requires money for each work. The same with SE Gandhe WRD Indore circle, who also very duffer & highly proudly too, got promotions & post only due to reservation, having no administrative capacity, even unable to monitor his own office staff. I filed 3 appeals against WRD Indore, Dewas & Shajapur Dn. that dirty corrupt, one sided rejected without proper cause, after getting money from all EE of all 3divisions.
