In Commercial tax department more than 180 posts of ACTO, 80 posts of CTO, 20 posts of assistant commissioner, 10 posts of deputy commissioner, 4posts of upper commissioner are laying vacant, but highly corrupt Principal Secretary Manoj Shrivastava, Min. Jayant Mallayya, commissioner Raghvendara singh not calling & taking meeting of departmental promotion committee, only for getting high bribes. While there is provision to organize 2DPC in each year, but all these responsible corrupt officers & minister have been avoiding it, for bribes. While Commercial tax department is only revenue generating department which is collecting more than Rs.22000cr. pa for the MP State, but in this department, most of office buildings are on rent, most of offices are not having proper required officers, clerical staff, computer operators etc., officers are not having proper facilities of vehicles for collecting taxes etc., due to only dirty, corrupt mentality of higher officers such as Min., PS, Sec. commissioner etc.,
In this department, it is required to immediate promotions on each post & recruitment of clerical cadre, computer operators to officers, while most of computer operators whom are working since last 5-7 year on temporary basis, getting payments lesser than efficient daily wage workers, required to regularize them immediately.
